1. ABOUT THIS AGREEMENT
This Agreement is between Prime Shield Pro and the Customer. This Plan is a service and maintenance arrangement only and is not insurance, an extended warranty, or a financial protection product.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
- Access to appliance repair support services
- Diagnosis of mechanical and electrical faults
- Up to 3 service visits during the Plan Period
- Up to 2 labour hours per service visit
- Attendance by qualified engineers
3. EXCLUSIONS
The Plan does not cover appliance replacement, cosmetic damage, pre-existing faults, consumables, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, commercial use, fire, flood, corrosion, weather events, or power surges.
4. SERVICE LIMITS
- Maximum 3 service visits during the Plan Period
- Maximum 2 labour hours per visit
- Additional labour, parts, or visits may be chargeable.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer must provide accurate information, maintain appliances appropriately, and provide safe access.
6. CANCELLATION RIGHTS
The Customer may cancel within 14 days of purchase subject to applicable terms.
7. MISSED APPOINTMENTS
A charge of £50 may apply where appointments are missed or access is not provided.
8. DATA PROTECTION
Prime Shield Pro processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
09. LIABILITY
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. Liability is limited to the amount paid under the Plan or £1,000, whichever is higher.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
